Solubility：It is a two-stage oxide, soluble in acid、concentrated hydroxid、 ammonia water and ammonium salt solutions, difficult to dissolve in water and ethanol。

Uses：

1. In the pharmaceutical industry, zinc oxide has the functions of detoxification, hemostasis, antibacterial and myotropic convergence;

2. In the field of cosmetics, it is widely used with physical sunscreen to shield or absorb ultraviolet rays.
